July 10, 2010 -Kylie Watt (UNC), Dribbles past 2 Maine Tide Players before unloading a 35 yard bomb early in the first half that put the Lynx up 2-0. Watt also had the first goal of the game as well. The Lynx 6-0 win was the first for Adirondack this season movin them to 1-2. |

Academy News U14 Team Crowned Champions at Needham, MA Soccer TournamentThe U14 Lynx recently returned from Needham Massachusettes with another championship. They beat the cape Cod Crusaders to win the 2010 title. The team scored U17 team is accepted to the Score Showcase in Greensboro, NCJuly 17-20, the U17 Adirondack Lynx team will be traveling to Greensboro, NC to play in the Score Showcases. Last year these showcases attracted almost 700 college coaches Schedule

July 10, 2010 - Kylie Watt (UNC) and the first two goals and Sara Sweeney had the last 2 goals in a 6-0 victory over the Maine Tide. Also contributing goals were Amber Thornton (Springfield) and Jenna Burke (UAlbany).
June 29, 2010 -The Lynx struggled to finish. Having missed 3-4 open net goals the Lynx suffered a 3-2 lost to the Milburn Magic. Sara Sweeney and Becca Lee scored in the loss. The Lynx hope to change things July 7 when they host the Connecticut Mutiny at 6:30pm at Schenectady High School.
June 26, 2010 -The Adirondack Lynx started their 2010 season off with a 2-0 loss to the Western Mass. Mutiny. Adirondack gave up goals late in the first half (43rd minute) and early in the second half (53rd minute).
June 4, 2010 -The Adirondack Lynx of the Women’s Premier Soccer League (WPSL) has been granted a one year leave of absence in order to reorganize under the administration of its new parent club the Albany Alleycats. For 2010 the Adirondack Lynx has created an Under-20/23 squad - a new team designed for elite players from the ages of 17-22 ...
June 1, 2010 - The Adirondack Lynx and Albany Alleycats have created a partnership where the Lynx will take over the training of all of the oldest age groups in their club (U16, U17, U18). This merger will begin immediately as the organizations anounce tryout dates for the 2010-2011 season....
July 18, 2009 - The Adirondack Lynx are proud to announce that Larua Burnett-Kurie was named to the 2009 WPSL All-Eastern Conference First Team. Burnett-Kurie, an All-American out of William Smith College and current asst. coach at Gettysburg College helped lead the Adirondack Lynx to a 7-3 record and into the play-offs for the second time in the teams 4 year history.
July 18, 2009 - Adirondack fell to New England 4-1 in the WPSL quarterfinals. Heidi Reese scored 30 seconds into the match but the Mutiny were able to score 2 goals in each half.
July 12, 2009 - Adirondack got their 7th win of the season by beating the Maine Tide 3-0. It only took 5 minutes for the game winner to happen. Stephanie Knopick connected with her Binghamton College teammate Mandi Casares on a ball served behind the Maine defense. Casares took no time and put the service away. Also scoring was Rachel Sushner off an assist at the 50th minute. Then in the 70th minute Tessa McDougall scored on a penalty kick after being taken down in the box. The Lynx conclude the regular season at 7-3 and are awaiting announcement of their play-off opponent.
July 11, 2009 - The Boston Aztecs remained atop the Eastern Conference standings in the WPSL by beating the Adirondack Lynx 3-0. Adirondack, the third leading team in goals scored in the east have been shutout the past two games. The Lynx hope to change that as they face the Maine Tide on Sunday.

Monday, November 10, 2008 - Meg han Sleezer has been training with the Adirondack Lynx Elite Female Soccer Academy and the WPSL team for the past year. She now has her team poised and ready to make a run at the 2008 NCAA Soccer Championships.
Wednesday, September 24, 2008 - The Women's Professional Soccer League announced the results of its international draft.
Thursday, August 28, 2008 - Mary Velan, Kylee Litchfield and Katie Gardiner had an opportunity to pursue their dreams of one day getting paid to play soccer.
