We have been able to secure your hotel accommodations at one of the Disney properties – Swan & Dolphin Resort.
We have already booked the rooms for the players and coaches. The players will be staying together in rooms of 3 or 4 players per room. If you are planning to travel with the team to Disney and would like to also stay at the same hotel details are listed below.

To make your reservation you must call 1-800-227-1500 by Monday, June 9th, 2014 at 5:00pm.
The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this Stamford Peace room block is Monday, June 9th, 2014. Reservation request AFTER 5:00pm on the 9th will be based on availability and rate may differ. Please make your reservation before the deadline to ensure you will be able to stay with the team.
As for flight information, we will be working with your team mom Gail to determine who will be flying with the team to ensure we purchase the correct amount of tickets for those who need them. We will purchase tickets for the players, and then share the flight info with all the families so that if you would like to get on the same flight you can.
