WALK-IN REGISTRATION / DOCUMENT VERIFICATION
Walk-In Registration / Document Verification
January 27th & February 3rd from 10a - 2p
Lions Clubhouse - 9200 Shortcut Road
*We will have a computer available to process your registration online, but it will be extremely helpful for you to pre-register online (at home) before coming in
*Please bring your child's birth certificate and a DL (or other documentation) for proof of residency
*Spirit Wear will be available for purchase
*Sample uniforms available for sizing
*Sign up for Pitch, Hit, & Run and/or Home Run Derby events. More info under
