Cerrone Named 2006 NSCAA/Adidas High School Player of the Year
Boston College bound star had 29 goals and 11 assists in 2006

Hannah Cerrone was recognized as the best high school player in the United States at the 2006 National Soccer Coaches Association of America Convention in Indianapolis, IN.

Hannah Cerrone has added a very impressive award to her trophy case. She was recognized as the best high school player in the United States at the 2006 National Soccer Coaches Association Convention in Indianapolis on January 13 .
Hannah was also honored as a Girls Youth All-American and as a Girls High-School All-American. This past fall Cerrone scored 29 goals and had 11 assists while playing for Roy C. Ketcham high school. She led her team to an 18-3-3 record and to the NY State Regional finals in 2006.
Cerrone, along with Adirondack Lynx teamate, Brooke Knowlton have been nominated and are awaiting selection as possible New York State High School Gatorade Players of the Year. Gatorade will release these winners on February 14, 2007.
Cerrone currently is a member of the US U17 National team. She will be returning to the Adirondack Lynx in 2007 as she begins her preparation for her freshman year at Boston College.
