This past fall Amy helped run the central midfield for Siena which finished 6-4-1 in the MAAC. For the third year in a row she was named Second Team All-MAAC. As a Freshman, she was an all MAAC All-Rookie Team selection, and Started 16 of 19 games. Loughridge was named tri-captain for the 2006 season, and helped her team reach the MAAC-Championship Finals.

In 2005 Amy led her Black Watch Premier U19 Super Y team to an undefeated season in the Northeast and a birth in the North American Finals. She also played on the NYS North ODP team for five years. At Guilderland high school Amy was nominated to the Class AA Section 2 All-Star Team for three years. Her senior year she was named to the All NY State team.
