Jen Frisch Played College Soccer for four years at Central Connecticut State and all four years her team advanced to the Division I NCAA Tournament.

Jen is coming to the Lynx with a more than determined attitude. In her Freshman and Sophomore seasons at Central Connecticut State she earned First Team All-Northeast Conference. In her Junior season Frisch only got a handful of games in when she was sidelined with a knee injury. This past fall she started 15-21 games and led her helped her team to a 17-4 record. Every year that Jen has been with the team they have made the Division I NCAA Tournament.
At Saratoga Springs High School Jen was a two time New York State All-Star.
