Jen McEachron, a junior at Binghamton University will be returning to the Adirondack Lynx this summer.

Keeper

Jen McEachron (Hoosick Falls, NY), the starting keeper at Binghamton University will return to the Lynx this summer. In 2008 Jen was only available for a few of the matches at the end of the season.

McEachron hails from Hoosick Falls, NY. In high school she helped lead her team to a state championship. Along the way, Jen was named NYS Section II Goalkeeper of the Year. She was also named first team all-NY State. McEachron finished her high school career with 34 shut-outs.

At Binghamton, McEachron has worked herself into the starting position. As a freshman she sat out the season with an injury. Her sophomore, Jen got the starting nod in six games and posted a save percentage of .783. This past fall Jen had 7 shutouts in 18 starts. She played 1,650 minutes and had a save percentage of .793

The Adirondack Lynx owner/General Manager, PJ Motsiff states, "Jen came into the team the last 3 games of the season in 2008. She immediately made an impact on our team in terms of the level of intensity she brought to training. I am really looking forward to her stepping up and showing her ability this summer. She is a leader and will be able to really command the defense."
