Winter:
U8 Soccer Academy - This program will require travel to game locations. The intent of this program is to offer more committed and interested 6-8 year old players an opportunity to practice 1x/week, as well as play friendly matches and tournaments throughout the winter. There will be additional fees for any leagues/tournaments that the parents decide to play in.
The registration fee includes a jersey and shorts that should be worn to all training sessions and games. Additionally, black soccer socks will need to be purchased. Target and Wallmart usually have a selection in their sports department
Training will take place at the Technical Training Centre in South Glens Falls from 5:00-6:00pm on Thursdays. The TTC is located at door 31 of the Chase Sports Building. The TTC is a 6,000 sq. foot training space that we built out to focus on player development. It is fully turfed so players can wear indoor shoes, sneakers or cleats on it.
Winter 1 - November 8-January 10 (8 weeks)
Winter 2 - January 17-March 21 (8 weeks)
